  Product description:

  Huangliang on-line hard-coating anti-reflective glass (SUN+-AR) is a new high-end coating glass designed specially for solar PV modules application. This new product is a combination of hard coating AR and low iron float glass. It minimizes the reflection of the glass & air interface, increases the transmittance of visible light, and reduces the transmittance decrease caused by the change of incident light angle, as a result it can significantly improve the output power of solar cells. It has been verified to increase output power by about 3W per square meter for thin film solar cells, and increase output power by about 5W per square meter for typical crystalline silicon solar modules. Its film is hard and durable, and the color is naturally neutral.

  Product properties:

  ● Technology: Application of international advanced high temperature chemical vapor deposition (CVD) on-line coating technology;

  ● High light transmission: Accurate control of optical film refractive index and thickness to achieve the best reflective effect, increasing visible light transmittance by 1.5% maximum, 93%+ visible light transmittance when used in laminated glass.

  ● Long-lasting: The film is hard, durable, with excellent abrasion resistance and acid & alkali resistance, easy for storage and delivery.

  ● Uniformity: The film is evenly, neutral, no color difference.
