Product description :

Hualiang on-line Low-E glass is produced by the global advanced on-line coating technology- high temperature chemical vapor deposition process (CVD).the coating is bonded with the glass substrate after annealing, with the high performance of chemical and mechanical stability, meanwhile achieve the optimal balance between transmission and conductivity. On-line Low-E glass can meet the green building requirements of the high transmission, low reflection, high thermal resistance and environmental protection and energy efficiency. It is widely used in residential buildings, commercial facades, electric appliance and transport locomotive fields. 

Product features:

● Technology: by the international advanced CVD coating process.

● Energy saving: in winter the coating can reflect the heat back into the buildings to prevent heat loss. In summer it can reduce the amount of re-radiated heat into the building and lower the air conditioning cost. 

● Hard coating: the coating becomes one part of the glass after annealing, with solid and durable property.

● Color: near the glass tint. 

● Storage and transportation: stable performance, long storages, long life of coating, and the glass can be exposure in the air for a long time.

● Fabrication: easy for cleaning, insulating, bending, tempering and laminating.

● Monolithic low-e glass can be used.

Applications :

Glass facades, window and doors, skylights.
